| Stevenage and District Riding Club is an affiliated Riding Club in Area 7. The club was founded in 1958 and in its heyday had almost 200 members. We're not as big as that now, but membership is growing again with over 70 members at the end of 2003. | |||||||||||||
| Most of our activities take place at Chesfield Equestrian Centre, Graveley, near Stevenage, Herts, where there are indoor and outdoor schools and a mini cross-country course. We organise a range of events, mounted and non-mounted, including dressage and showjumping competitions and a hunter trial as well as regular clinics for all disciplines. | |||||||||||||
| Members are entitled to discounted entry fees, not just for our events, but for those organised by Shillington and District Riding Club too as we have a reciprocal agreement with them. Our annual membership fees are: | |||||||||||||

| Points are awarded to members who are successful in our competitions throughout the year and Senior and Junior Consistency Cups are awarded at our Annual General Meeting to those with the highest number of points. | |||||||||||||
